One of Cert ID Europe's new clients, Naked Foods, have given Cert ID some excellent feedback in their recent 2012 BRC audit! To say we know how to handle food safety audits is an understatement! According to Naked Foods, the Cert ID service, sales process and audit, exceeded expectations! They also said we have a lot of contact with them, which we like to as a certification body. Keeping in touch with our clients, and generally being fairly nosy with what new products and news they have, is what we're good at! I'm sure we will have feedback to share with you soon, so watch this space.
