Coming together as a team!

Next Tuesday 26th February Cert ID and FoodChain will be closing the office for 1 day only to take part in a Sevice Excellence Training Course! 

As a company we want to be the best and find new ways in which we can work with our clients to make them feel at ease and comfortable with whichever service they have from us, whether it be a training course, certification or needing consultancy and advise! So prioritising a day to close the office and attend this 1 day course we believe will make an even bigger difference to our customer service.

This day is also an opportunity for both companies to work together during team exercises, learn how each individual works and understand what works best for our colleagues. Its going to be a fun day for all and we're sure it will be a very infuential course!
