Cert ID Europe is delighted to welcome a new member of the team! Pamela Crowley will be our new Certification Coordinator as of Wednesday 20th March working closely with Katie Henderson who recently became our Senior Certification Coordintator... So welcome to the team Pamela and congratualtions Katie!
Louise Luderman who has been our Certification Coordinator since January 2012 has been promoted to Business Development Executive and will be looking after all Non-GMO/Halal/ISO clients worldwide and working alongside Cheryl Pierpoint looking after new BRC clients North of Birmingham while Cheryl looks after all new BRC clients South of Birmingham.
We're also pleased to announce that Dawn White has recently changed her job role to Client Liaison Executive, Dawn will still be handling TCCs and renewals as usual however she will also now be looking after our existing clients after their completed audit, building relationships and finding out if Cert ID can help further, the job will also involve looking after any complaints (we do hope to not get many of these) and witnessed audits. We're sure Dawn will do a great job in her role!
Last but not least... FoodChain Europe are also pleased to welcome Sara Welsby to their team, Sara joined FoodChain around 2 months ago and has done an excellent job working with Iain Mansell
And so that's it! We're very proud of our new team here at Cert ID and FoodChain and look forward to the future... Personally I think this means we should all have chocolate to celebrate!! After all it is nearly Easter.
