Did you attend our Food Fraud Conference 2013?

On 21st May our sister company, FoodChain Europe held this years 'Must-attend' conference on combating food fraud! The one day conference was the food industry's chance to find out the latest on the issue that had dominated the year so far.  Experts guided delegates through the complexities of the global supply chain, how food fraud can occur, the potential damage that the problem can cause to brand identity and the steps that can be taken to ensure the validity of food ingredients.

The main message from the one day conference was that the industry needs to work as a united front to help tackle food fraud.
