Valentines day is a day of love!... Love for all that chocolate we get to eat without feeling guilty.
Here's a bit of history for you - St Valentine was a priest from rome in the third century AD.  Emperor Claudius II had banned marriage because he thought married men
were bad soldiers. St Valentine felt this was unfair, so he broke the rules
and arranged marriages in secret. When Claudius found out, Valentine was thrown in jail and sentenced to death.  There, he fell in love with the jailer's daughter and when he was taken
to be killed on 14 February he sent her a love letter signed "from your
Valentine".
It's not the happiest ending but we think its quite romantic! So grab your valentine and share your love
Maybe today's blog wasn't about certification or training courses but it was slightly about food.
P.S we are of course still working on Valentines Day so keep the ceritification and training courses rolling!
