This may come as a surprise to some people, but as this recent article in the NZ Herald suggests, Halal is the World's Biggest Brand. The article discusses how brands such as Google, McDonald and similar multinational companies may appear to be big brands, but in fact, Halal as a brand and a market reach beats them all!
