Well that went quick! The year certainly has gone quick and at Cert ID Europe we can't believe it's October already! Where has the year gone?
The nights are growing dark, and it's safe to say we dug out our winter coats a fair few weeks ago, but don't let that put a downer on Cert ID's day! We won't be closing up shop anytime soon, instead we plan to put on more heating and create a cosy environment for colleagues and clients alike, which brings us today to discuss our exciting courses we've got going for October 2012.
We aren't ones to be boring and keep the same course going all month, which means this month we have four different training days for food and drink manufacturers throughout the UK:
This course is perfect for all those food and drink manufactures who have to audit their suppliers. The one day practical course gives you the confidence you need to easily audit your suppliers, and equips you with the tools and knowledge to carry out audits successfully.
Labels are at the forefront of food and drink these days (literally) therefore companies can't afford to get them wrong. The one day course is run by on of FoodChain's experts Stuart Shotton who knows more than a thing or two about labelling!
HACCP can seem a complicated subject to tackle within the food industry. Even if you have been looking at HACCP for years it is always useful to have an update on what to do. Cert ID's HACCP training course is a great, practical one day course for both employees who have been dealing with HACCP for many years, as well as the newbies to the team. It provides a great update as well as some great practical workshops.
Internal auditing is one of Cert ID's most popular training courses, and we're not surprised why. The one day course allows different members of the food and drink industry to come together and develop their knowledge on how to audit their team. The course allows practical activities to take place which really enables the auditing knowledge of the team to grow!
