Santa Claus is coming to town!

We love gifts at Cert ID Europe (not hinting...) so it's always nice to get to work and find that Santa Claus has made an early trip into the office. Tins of Quality Streets, yes that's right, more than one tin! Then we find bottles of wine for all. We're holding back with the wine until we get home but the same can't be said for the chocolates, we are only human after all...

It's nearly Christmas...

Well after working hard all year we think it’s time that the whole team put on their most glamorous outfits and had a drink or 2! Yes that right its Cert ID & FoodChains work Christmas do, and this year there will also be plenty of food involved with a wonderfully delicious 3 course meal, from Pressed Chicken and Roast Pepper Terrine to Brie and Creamed Leek Pithivier, Butternut Squash Puree and Parsnip Crisp maybe finishing with Dark Chocolate Torte with Raspberry sauce we’re sure nobody will be going home hungry!

But it is a works do and of course it won’t all be about food, I hate to break it to anyone reading this but Santa has been murdered.. you heard me correctly, it is Cert ID and FoodChains job to find out who! Christmas may never be the same. If you haven’t already guessed it we are all taking part in a Murder Mystery night and what fun we will have.

I know it’s not quite the end of the year and business still remains the same but there is definitely a festive cheer in the air

Spring forward, fall back

The clocks have now turned back, and we're certainly noticing it at Cert ID Europe. Those dark winter nights are creeping on us, but so is the festivities of Halloween, Bonfire Night, Christmas and the 'sober' Christmas party (we'll believe it when we see it.) 

Cert ID aren't ones to turn down an event or two, and we certainly aren't ones to do things half-heartedly. Tomorrow sees the donning of witches hats, vampire capes and of course Halloween treats and snacks! Whether this be BRC bat biscuits, Halal Hocus Pocus humus or Non-GMO ghostly gingerbread (there might be some soy or maize in there somewhere...) So there you have it for Halloween. 1 day until Halloween, and 1 month until the office Christmas party. No guesses for which event will turn out scarier than the other...
